A.F. Paul Company began as a small operation in Gus’ garage in Coraopolis, PA machining rolls for the steel mill industry. As his reputation for quality and dependability grew, business increased. By 1957, Gus outgrew his small garage and bought the land that the company still calls home today. The business was incorporated that same year.
Mr. Thomas Paul
After serving in the United States Army, Gus’ son joined the company in 1959. Tom worked for 22 years as a machinist, constantly striving to improve his skill and the operation as a whole. In 1981, Tom assumed the role of President of A.F. Paul Company. Tom continued his focus on providing a quality product and helped the company evolve with the changing demands of the steel industry as evidenced by the fact that A.F. Paul Company has been CNC capable since 1989.
Ms. Eileen Paul and Ms. Eleanor Paul
Gus’ daughters both share the family’s desire for quality and dependability. Eileen and Eleanor took active roles with the company as Secretary and Treasurer in 1975. Together with Tom, they have helped build A.F. Paul into the industry leading organization it is today.
Mr. Ron Paul and Mr. Jim Paul
For more than thirty years, A.F. Paul’s 3rd generation has followed the framework of success set forth by their predecessors. Ron and Jim Paul are dedicated to continuing the legacy that their grandfather set in motion in 1957. They are continually looking for ways to apply their skills and expertise to improve the quality, dependability, and delivery of their 3rd generation, family owned and operated business.
